5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable when:

• A transaction fails, but the amount is deducted
• The payment is stuck or pending for more than 72 hours

Refunds will be credited back to the same source method within 3–7 working days, depending on the bank.

6. Earnings, Rewards & Surveys

• Earnings/points depend on task completion and advertiser validation.
• DollarPayU is not liable if an advertiser rejects a task due to incorrect submission.
• Fraud or suspicious activities may lead to deduction or cancellation of points.

We may include links to third-party sites. DollarPayU is not responsible for their content, services, or privacy practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

DollarPayU is not responsible for:

• Technical issues
• Service interruptions
• Data loss
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
